Зачем вы на хостинге используете mysql.so?

Вообще mysql.so используется когда мод запускается по локальной сити.

Ошибки не посредственно вижу идут от этого плагина fixes2.so, отключите этот плагин для теста посмотрите чего изменится.

Так же оригинальная тема плагин Fixes2
